Backorders: Items that become unavailable will not be placed on backorder. We will make an effort to contact you by email as soon as the item becomes available.

Acclimation Guide: Our water parameters: 78 degrees with specific gravity of 1.025 to 1.027, PH 8.1 to 8.3, and 0-20 mg/l nitrates.

Thank You for your business! Please remember we only ship healthy live stock that has been in our facility for no less than 2 weeks. Most corals require 1 week minimum to fully open up after shipping.. If you follow the below guidelines your corals will remain happy and healthy. Please remember that no corals "LIKE" to be shipped and many of the more sensitive ones can take up to 2 weeks to fully expand after the traumas of shipping. The definition of an established saltwater tank for corals is at least 6mo. to a year with 0 ammonia, 0 nitrite, 0 nitrate, PH @ 8.0 to 8.3 and the Ca should be @ 400 to 450ppm .
Acclimation:
• Remove bags from packing immediately.
• Float bags for 15 minutes for the temperature in the bag to equal the temperature in the aquarium.
• Open each bag and secure it to the top of the tank. Add a ½ cup of your aquariums water every 15mins for 1 hour to equalize the pH.
• Discard all of the water from the bags as you place each fish in the tank.
• In many situations, especially with coral frags, it may be best to secure each coral into its proper place with our Coral Glue.

We offer this guarantee so that you can be confident in your purchase. Our promise to our customers is that we will only ship quality animals selected for superb health and color. Please read the following Arrive Alive Guarantee. We will fairly, honestly and accurately apply it to every order.
Terms and Conditions:
1. Aquarium water chemistry must be within the proper parameters to support aquarium animals:
• Ammonia – 0.0 ppm
• Nitrite – 0.0 ppm
Nitrate – 0.0-25 mg/l
• pH – 8.1-8.4
Specific gravity – 1.021-1.027
• Temperature – between 77°- 81° F and constant.
2. Customer must physically sign for package on the first delivery attempt regardless of whether or not FedEx is late. Refusal of delivery for any reason voids any guarantee and the customer will be held responsible for the full invoice value of the shipment.
3. Customer must follow our acclimation procedures upon introducing the new animal into your home aquarium. Our acclimation guide can be found at the following link: Acclimation Guide.
4. Arrive Alive Guarantee does not apply to livestock that has died as a result of being harassed or picked on by other animals.
5. Please do not ship or discard dead specimens without our consent, as this will cause our guarantee to be void.
6. We will not issue credit for shipping costs.
7. Store credit from livestock can only be used on new livestock. Store credit is not usable towards drygoods.
8. Arrive Alive Guarantee does not apply to livestock bought by store credit.
9. Livestock must be reported dead via email within 12 hours. Returns or proof of death must be sent within two days of the item being reported dead.
